Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your CREWERC account from inside the app. It takes about a minute and no support request is required:

1. Sign in to the CREWERC web app or mobile app with your email and password.
2. Open Settings from the dashboard navigation.
3. Select the Account tab and click Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion and verify the request through the confirmation link sent to your account email.
5. Your account, every business you own, and all of their data are deleted immediately.

If you cannot sign in, contact us at legal@crewerc.com from the email address on the account and we will process the deletion for you.

When you confirm deletion, the following is permanently removed right away:

• Your login and profile: email address, name, and password record.
• Every business (company) you created as the owner.
• All business data in those companies. That includes leads, customers, bids, jobs, invoices, payment records, expenses, employees, crews, vehicles, equipment, photos, documents, chat messages, marketing content, gift cards, subscriptions, service catalogs, reports, and settings.

Data belonging to businesses you were invited to as a teammate is kept. You were not the owner — those companies and their records belong to someone else.

Deletion takes effect immediately when you confirm, and we do not keep a copy of your business data for continued use afterward. A few things sit outside CREWERC's database and follow the provider's own policies:

• Payment processors: card details and transaction records held by Stripe or Square are governed by their retention policies. They may retain records they are legally required to keep for tax and dispute purposes.
• Email you received: messages already delivered to your inbox stay in your inbox.
• End-user data: information customers submitted through your public quote or lead forms was retained as part of your business records. It is deleted together with your business data.
