Terms of Service
Last updated: August 30, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CREWERC platform, website, and related services (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business, and "you" and "Customer" refer to that business throughout.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for all activity under your account, and for inviting and managing your team members. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
3. The Platform
CREWERC provides tools for managing leads, estimates and bids, scheduling, crews, invoicing, payments, marketing, and related operations for service businesses. Subscriptions are offered in tiers with different features and usage limits. We may modify features, limits, or available functionality and will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorize us to charge the applicable fees and any applicable taxes to your payment method. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated. Prices may change with reasonable prior notice; existing term pricing is honored through the end of the current term.
Usage-based limits (such as monthly AI generations) reset each cycle and do not roll over. Plans and pricing are presented on our public pricing page.
5. Customer Payments
The Platform allows you to accept payments from your own customers through your own connected Stripe or Square account. You are solely responsible for those connections, for complying with the terms of your payment provider, and for any taxes, refunds, chargebacks, or disputes related to your customers' payments. We do not handle your customers' payment card data directly; it is collected and tokenized by your payment provider.
6. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content and data you submit, for obtaining any consents required to contact individuals through the Platform (including email and text marketing consent), for complying with applicable laws (including telemarketing, anti-spam, and consumer-protection laws), and for the accuracy of any estimates or invoices you generate. You agree to use the Platform only for legitimate business purposes.
7. Acceptable Use
You will not: use the Platform to engage in fraud, harassment, or unlawful activity; submit content that infringes others' rights; attempt to access data that does not belong to your account; reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Platform; send unsolicited communications to individuals who have not consented; or use the public forms in an abusive or automated manner. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
8. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including software, design, branding, and documentation. You retain all rights to the business data and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Platform to you. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any results will be accurate or reliable. You are responsible for verifying estimates, invoices, and tax figures generated or stored in the Platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, your interactions with your customers, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Term and Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if your account is inactive, or as otherwise provided here. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends; we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted subject to legal retention requirements.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there for any dispute, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the revised version with an updated "Last updated" date. We will notify active Tenants of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
